Revocation Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason for an online order. Exchange or return after a personal appointment are excluded.

  1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HAIR BEAUTYS / K. Gnad, Am Flohbusch 87, 47829 Krefeld, 0174-9686437 / info@hair-beautys.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

  1. Consequences of Revocation

5.1 Revocation Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for online purchases.

5.2 Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's revocation policy.

a) Right of Withdrawal The period begins upon receipt of this information in written form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and also not before the fulfillment of the information obligations pursuant to § 312c (1) BGB in connection with Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB, as well as not before the fulfillment of our obligations pursuant to §312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

b) Consequences of Withdrawal For all hairpieces ordered personally in the shop or at HAIR BEAUTYS, there is a 14-day return policy. Custom-made items are excluded from return. The hairpiece must arrive unchanged at the seller within the 14 days. No changes are permitted. The right of return expires for altered hairpieces. PayPal fees are excluded from the refund. The costs of returning the goods from the customer to the seller are to be borne by the customer. Return shipping must be done exclusively with insured shipping.

Refund of the purchase price minus the costs within 3-5 days after receipt of the goods.

c) Special Instructions Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service has been fully provided at your express request before the right of withdrawal has been exercised. Your right of withdrawal also expires prematurely if it is a custom-made item.

Refund of the purchase price within 3-5 days after receipt of the goods.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

  1. Compensation for Value in Contracts for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.

In this case, the hairpiece will be returned to you without refund.
